South Africa batter Heinrich Klaasen produced a scintillating display with the willow in the fourth ODI against Australia at SuperSport Park, Centurion on Friday (September 15).

Batting at No. 5, Klaasen wreaked havoc on the Australian bowling attack as he smashed 174 off 83 balls. It was his third century in the 50-over format.

During his blistering innings, Klaasen shared an extraordinary fifth wicket partnership of 222 in just 94 balls with David Miller (82 not out) to take South Africa to a gigantic 416/5 in 50 overs, their fifth-highest total in ODIs.

Klaasen’s knock was studded with 13 sixes and as many fours. He was caught on the boundary off the last ball of the innings.
