Pant is undergoing rehabilitation at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bangalore. He has been keeping his fans updated about his recovery through his social media posts.

Rishabh Pant was last seen in action during the tour of Bangladesh in December 2022. Mirpur Test against Bangladesh was his last appearance before he met with the accident.

While there is no clarity on his comeback yet, there are reports claiming that the left-hander will remain out of all action in 2023, including the Asia Cup and the 50-over World Cup later this year.
