England’s Test captain Ben Stokes was left furious after his bag containing his clothes and belongings was stolen at the King's Cross train station in London.
The 31-year-old all-rounder took to social media to inform people about the incident and lashed out at thieves with an angry post on Twitter.
After his bag was stolen from one of the biggest train stations in London, Stokes expressed his anger with a post, which read: "To whoever stole my bag at King's Cross train station. I hope my clothes are too big for you, you absolute ******."
According to reports, Stokes was traveling from his home in Cumbria to watch the England rugby team play France in the Six Nations when his bag was stolen at the King’s Cross station in central London.
Well, Stokes, after losing a Test series to New Zealand, will now travel to India to participate in the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL 2023), where he will represent the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) franchise.
Notably, it was the first Test series defeat for Stokes as England captain, as the star all-rounder led the side to 10 Test wins in 12 matches since taking charge of England last year.
