Ben Stokes | GettyBen Stokes’ acrobatic fielding effort to save four runs during the second T20I between England and Australia earned him a lot of praise.

On the first ball of the 12th over of Australia’s innings, Mitchell Marsh lofted Sam Curran in the air. It seemed that the ball would easily clear the long-off boundary for a six.

However, Stokes, who was stationed at long-off, produced an acrobatic effort and managed to get a hand on the ball. Upon realizing that he was going to land outside the fence, the England all-rounder back flipped the ball and eventually tumbled over the cushion. The Australian settled for just two runs.

Stokes’ phenomenal effort left the commentators in awe as Mitchell Marsh was robbed of a certain six.
