RSWS 2022: WATCH – Fans get nostalgic as Sachin Tendulkar plays some of his trademark shots vs New Zealand Legends

Tendulkar on Monday (September 19) turned back the clock and entertained the fans with some of his trademark strokes during India Legends’ match against New Zealand Legends in the ongoing Road Safety World Series at Holkar Cricket Stadium, Indore.

Opening the innings, Tendulkar scored 19 not out off 13 balls before the rain came and played spoilsport. His knock was studded with four boundaries but each one of them made the fans nostalgic.

The sublime strokes included a glorious backfoot punch, a dazzling pull shot and a couple of sensational lap shots.

After watching Sachin Tendulkar’s classy shots, the cricket fans were left awestruck and many shared their thoughts on social media.

Coming to the match, India Legends were on 49/1 after 5.5 overs at the time of rain interruption. Unfortunately, the play was not possible thereafter and the match ended with no result.
