The second edition of the Legends League Cricket (LLC) will be played from September 17 to October 8 in India across six cities – Kolkata, Lucknow, Delhi, Jodhpur, Cuttack, and Rajkot.
There will be 15 matches played in the second edition of the Legends League Cricket (LLC) between four teams, with players from 10 foreign countries taking part in the tournament.
Meanwhile, the LLC organizers revealed that there will be a special match between India Maharajas and World Giants on September 16 at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata before the second season kicks off on September 17.
It is also being said that the second season of the league will be dedicated to the 75th-anniversary celebration of Indian Independence.

The organizers said in the official release: “Players from across 10 foreign countries will be participating in this match. The league will commence the next day from September 17, 2022, wherein 4 teams in franchise format will be competing in the Legends League Cricket Franchise format. Overall 15 matches will be played in this season.”
Ravi Shastri, Commissioner of Legends League Cricket, stated: “This is a proud moment for us that we are celebrating the 75th year of our independence. As a proud Indian, it gives me immense satisfaction to share that we have decided to dedicate this year's league to the 75th year of Independence celebration.”
