Indian pacer Navdeep Saini is enjoying his time in England. After having a decent outing in the First-Class matches, the pacer made his List A debut for Kent against Glamorgan on Thursday (August 4).

Although Saini didn’t have a great outing with the ball, he managed to steal the limelight by playing an outrageous shot for a boundary that took his side past 300 runs.

It was during the last over of Kent’s innings when Glamorgan pacer Jamie Mcllroy bowled a delivery coming into the stumps. The Indian pacer reached for the ball, taking a stride from his batting position and guided the ball to the leg-side in an unorthodox fashion. He managed to find the gap behind the wicket and the ball went for a four.

Coming to the match between Kent and Glamorgan, after they posted a huge total of 304/8 on the board, Colin Ingram hit a century and played a match-winning knock of 155 for Glamorgan. He was well supported by Tom Cullen, who remained unbeaten on 80 off 77 balls and took his side home.

Talking about Saini, the pacer provided his team early breakthrough but was expensive as he returned with the figures of 1/61 in his quota of 10 overs.
