India wrist-spinner Kuldeep Yadav has started his rehabilitation at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru to nurse the hand injury.
Kuldeep sustained the injury on his right hand while batting in the nets ahead of India's T20I series against South Africa earlier this month.

Taking to Twitter, the chinaman bowler on Monday (June 27) shared a picture with the caption: "Back at NCA. Rehab time."
After his exploits in the IPL 2022 for Delhi Capitals, Kuldeep was expected to do well for the national side. However, the unfortunate injury didn’t only rule him out of the home series against South Africa as he also missed out on the two-T20I tour of Ireland, which India currently lead 1-0.
Team India are yet to announce the squad for the white-ball leg of the England tour, where they are scheduled to play three T20Is and as many ODIs from July 7 to July 17.
Considering the short turnaround time, it is unlikely that Kuldeep will feature in the white-ball squads for England tour.
Kuldeep Yadav’s last appearance for India was during the home T20I series against Sri Lanka in February this year. He was among the top wicket takers in the IPL 2022, claiming 21 scalps in 14 games at an average of 19.95 and an economy rate of 8.43.
