India pacer Deepak Chahar tied the marriage knot with his fiancee Jaya Bhardwaj on Thursday (June 1) and shared an emotional post on social media.
Taking to Instagram, Chahar uploaded a picture from his wedding ceremony with the caption: "When I met you first time I felt that you are the one and I was right."
"We have enjoyed every moment of our life together and I promise you to keep you always happy like this. One of the best moment of my life," he added.
Jaya Bhardwaj also shared a picture on her Instagram account. "He stole my Heart so I stole his Last name," she wrote in the caption.
Meanwhile, Deepak's cousin Rahul Chahar, who has also represented India, also posted pictures from the function.
Notably, Deepak Chahar had proposed Jaya Bhardwaj at the end of CSK’s last league match in the IPL 2021 season.
Deepak couldn’t take part in the 2022 edition of the Indian Premier League due to a back injury. After suffering a quadriceps injury during the T20I series between India and the West Indies in February, the Indian quick was recovering at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru, where he sustained a back injury during the rehab.
