England's 2017 Women's World Cup-winning cricketers, Katherine Brunt and Nat Sciver, got married over the weekend.

A former England pacer, Isa Guha posted a photo from the couple's wedding on one of her Instagram stories, writing: "Proud. Love you both."

England Cricket's official Twitter account also congratulated the pair on their marriage.  "Our warmest congratulations to Katherine Brunt & Nat Sciver who got married over the weekend," tweeted England Cricket.

Sciver and Brunt are the latest cricketing couple after Marizanne Kapp and Dane van Niekerk of South Africa and Amy Satterthwaite and Lea Tahuhu of New Zealand, to tie the knot.

Meg Lanning's Australia defeated England in the final of the 2022 Women's World Cup, which had won the World Cup in 2017 after defeating India in the final.

Brunt has 316 wickets in 14 Tests, 140 One-Day Internationals, and 96 Twenty-20 Internationals for England. Brunt had taken four wickets in four matches for England during this year's World Cup.

On the other hand, Sciver has played for England in seven Tests, 89 One-Day Internationals, and 91 Twenty20 Internationals. Sciver batted undefeated for 148 runs in the 2022 Women's World Cup final against Australia.

Sciver finished the 2022 World Cup as the third-highest run-scorer with 436 runs in eight games, including 148 in the championship match.
