In the third Test against West Indies, England's men's cricket team experienced yet another batting collapse, losing the match by 10 wickets and the three-match series to the hosts 0-1.

In both innings, England was caught off guard by inspired bowling performances from the West Indians. England captained by Joe Root have now been relegated to the bottom of the ICC World Test Championship Table 2023 points table.

After the humiliating loss, England had to face criticism from all parts of the cricketing world. Wasim Jaffer, a former India cricketer, was one of them. Jaffer took advantage of the situation to troll former England captain Michael Vaughan in the most amusing way possible.

He uploaded a photo of Root, who topped England's run-getters chart last year, followed by Rory Burns. But it was the fact that there were more extra runs at the third number than any other England batter except the two stated above over the course of the whole 2021 season that stole the show.

Jaffer wrote: "England 120 all out! What happened @MichaelVaughan was this Extras guy unavailable due to IPL or what? #WIvENG #IPL2022."

Vaughan responded, "Wasim..." We're currently focused on the Women's World Cup semi-finals...!!!

To this, Jaffer retorted: "With just 1 win in last 17 Tests, not surprised you have given up on the men's team Michael ???? #WIvENG #IPL2022"
