Pakistan pacer Shaheen Afridi on Friday (18th March) lauded teammate Mohammad Rizwan for his hair trimming skills.
Rizwan recently stole the show for his heroics with the bat in the second Test against Australia in Karachi. The wicketkeeper batter helped his side save the Test match when it seemed that the hosts will falter.
Rizwan first stitched a 115-run partnership with Babar Azam and then once the skipper was out, he took the onus on himself. The right-hander batted with tail and smashed unbeaten 104 runs and made sure that match ended in a draw.
Taking to his official Twitter account, pacer Shaheen Afridi posted a video of Rizwan trimming his hair. He also praised the 29-year-old for his heroics in the Karachi Test.
“Is there anything he can’t do? The centurion and saviour of Karachi Test has no limit to his skills. Thank you for the hair cut #SuperMan. You nailed it. #QuarantineLife @iMRizwanPak,” Shaheen Afridi captioned the video.
Afridi managed only two wickets in the Karachi Test. He would be hoping to assert his authority in the upcoming third Test, which will be played from 21st March in Lahore. The series is stranded at 0-0 and the final Test will act as a decider. It remains to be seen who will have the last laugh.
After the conclusion of the Test series, both nations will face off in three ODIs and one-off T20I. While the 50-over games will be played from 29th March to 2nd April, T20I is scheduled to take place on 5th April.
