Australia's James Faulkner has decided to pull out of Pakistan Super League (PSL 7) after payment issues with Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). Faulkner plays for the Quetta Gladiators franchise, which will be facing Karachi Kings tomorrow (February 20).

Faulkner posted a tweet and apologized to the Pakistan cricket fans before explaining the matter in a couple of tweets. Apparently, he is withdrawing from the last two matches as PCB is not honouring his contractual payment.

"I apologise to the Pakistan cricket fans. But unfortunately I’ve had to withdraw from the last 2 matches and leave the @thePSLt20 due to the @TheRealPCB not honouring my contractual agreement/payments. I’ve been here the whole duration and they have continued to lie to me," he tweeted.

In another tweet, the Aussie cricketer added, "It hurts to leave as I wanted to help to get international cricket back in Pakistan as there is so much young talent and the fans are amazing. 

"But the treatment I have received has been a disgrace from the @TheRealPCB and @thePSLt20 I’m sure you all understand my position."

Out of 9 matches, Gladiators have won 3 and lost 6 games, as they are placed at number 5 in the points table above Karachi Kings who have won only 1 match.
