Sarfaraz Ahmed took a dig at former Pakistan cricketer Salman Butt in a cryptic tweet over the latter's statement. Butt had criticized Sarfaraz for his poor batting display on a TV show.
The ex-cricketer said that Sarfaraz's performance in the PSL this year hasn't been good. Butt also mentioned that the former Pakistan captain has already become a second-choice keeper with the national team.
Sarfaraz didn't take the criticism well and he ended up making a controversial tweet on Butt, who was banned for spot-fixing. "Pakistan ko 'on duty' beachne wala fixer jab niyat pe bhashan dega phir to Allah he Hafiz hai #justsaying," he had posted.
On Wednesday (February 2 ), Butt was asked by fans on his YouTube live stream to comment on the matter. To which, he refused to stretch the controversy and told the viewers asking for a reaction that they have "come to the wrong shop".
“You've come to the wrong shop. You won't get the stuff you want from this place. There already are a lot of shops here where people keep shouting like bus conductors, so you might as well go there,” Butt said.
