South African wicket-keeper batter Quinton de Kock and his wife Sasha welcomed their first child on Thursday (January 6). De Kock took to social media to announce the arrival of their baby girl into the world. They have named their daughter “Kiara”.
On Thursday, the 29-year-old took to social media to share a couple of adorable pictures with his wife Sasha and his newborn daughter Kiara. The couple was beaming with pride in photos.
Sharing the lovely pictures and tagging his better half, Sasha, De Kock wrote on Instagram on Thursday: “How’s it my name is Kiara !!”

Meanwhile, the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise, Mumbai Indians, for whom De Kock played till the last season, also shared an adorable post for the cricketer and his wife Sasha.

Recently, De Kock announced his retirement from Test cricket after playing 54 Tests to spend more time with his family. However, the keeper will continue playing limited-overs cricket for South Africa and also participate in franchise leagues around the world.
