The co-owner of IPL franchise Delhi Capitals, Parth Jindal, has come in support of BCCI president Sourav Ganguly after India Test captain Virat Kohli's presser. Kohli's bold press conference has divided the Indian cricket fraternity in two sides.

Before departing to South Africa, Kohli contradicted Ganguly's statement and said no one requested him to not quit T20I captaincy. Earlier, Ganguly had said he personally requested Kohli to stay T20I captain when the latter had decided to step down.

"When I communicated with the BCCI first about quitting T20I captaincy, I told them that this is my point of view, these are the reasons for my decision, it was received quite well. No one took offense, no one had any hesitation. No one told me that I should not leave the T20I captaincy," Kohli said.

Ganguly received flak after Kohli's press conference and Jindal tweeted his support for the BCCI president. He said the ex-India captain has done a lot for Indian cricket and his credibility is beyond doubt.

"Dadas credibility is undeniable and for anyone saying anything against @SGanguly99 needs to understand what Dada has done for Indian cricket and that he would never compromise Indian cricket for anything ever. Hope this gets resolved as right now the only loser is Indian cricket," he wrote on Twitter.
