Haryana all-rounder Rahul Tewatia got hitched on November 28, 2021, and received wishes from his IPL franchise Rajasthan Royals. He got married to Riddhi Pannu and posted photos on social media as well.

Tewatia is well known for his exploits in the Indian Premier League, especially during the IPL 2020 edition when the left-handed batter hit five sixes in five balls to Punjab Kings’ pacer Sheldon Cottrell in a match in Sharjah, winning the game from an improbable situation.

His wedding was attended by star cricketers like Rishabh Pant, Nitish Rana, and Yuzvendra Chahal and congratulated the couple.

Rajasthan Royals, for whom Tewatia played for last couple of seasons also wished him on Twitter with caption reading, “Shaadi mubarak ho, Mr. & Mrs. Tewatia! #RoyalsFamily | @rahultewatia02.”

However, with the player retentions to be announced on November 30, it remains to be seen whether Rahul Tewatia is retained by the Rajasthan franchise, or he goes into the mega IPL 2022 auction.
