The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is all set to allow crowds for the upcoming home series against New Zealand. 

The New Zealand Cricket team is set to tour India for the T20I and the Test series in November and December. 

The T20I series between the nations will kick start from 17th November in Jaipur followed by the second and the third T20I in Ranchi and Kolkata on 19th and 21st November respectively.

The two-match Test Series begins on November 25th in Kanpur followed by the second match in Mumbai on 3rd December. With the series between the two cricketing heavyweights expected to be high octane, it learned that BCCI will allow fans to the stadiums. 

BCCI President Sourav Ganguly told Sportstar on Saturday that "hopefully, we will have full spectators,"

A state association official confirmed the same and said that they are in touch with the state government about the protocols and they will do everything to ensure that all the rules are followed. 

"We are in touch with the State government about the protocols and the rules. The safety of the fans will be of paramount importance and we will do everything to ensure that all protocols are followed," a state association official told Sportstar. 

The Cricket Association of Bengal secretary Snehasish Ganguly said they have already received a go-ahead from the West Bengal State government and have been allowed 70 per cent crowd in the stadiums. 

"We have been told to allow 70 per cent crowd in the stadium for the T20. We will soon start issuing tickets for the game. It will also be available online," CAB secretary Snehasish Ganguly said.

Both India and New Zealand will be next seen in action on 31st October in an ICC T20 World 2021 clash between them.
