Former India batter Rahul Dravid is among the most well-behaved cricketers and a true gentleman of the game. He has a reputation of keeping his calm on the field no matter what the situation is.
But an incident involving Dravid is always talked about as the ex-cricketer had lost his cool after his team Rajasthan Royals' (RR) defeat against Mumbai Indians (MI) in IPL 2014. He had thrown away his cap in the dugout while walking back to the dressing room in anger.

In an interaction with CRED on its official YouTube channel, Dravid recalled the incident and said, "Not one of my proudest moments, but I have always tried to be someone able to manage (his) emotions and control his emotions.
“The thing with international cricket is there's always a lot of pressure on you. There's a lot of eyeballs, a lot of focus on everything you do, all your actions both on and off the field. I think one of the ways to really be your best is to be able to maybe, like we say, shut out the noise."
Mumbai Indians needed to chase down 190 in 14.3 overs and the scores were then tied. To surpass Rajasthan's net run rate and move into the playoffs, Mumbai needed a boundary off that one ball. Aditya Tare pulled it off with a six over square leg and Dravid couldn't keep his calm.
Dravid said it wasn't the first time he got so angry. "It's not the first time it's happened to me; it does happen. It was the first time it had happened publicly. Other times it might have happened in the privacy of the dressing room (smiles)," he added.
