Australian cricketer David Warner is one of the most entertaining and jovial characters both on and off the field and these days, he is a social media sensation, thanks to his enjoyable presence on social media. On Saturday, August 21, Warner tried to have some fun with the Barmy Army on Twitter.

Apart from being known for his imperious batting, snarls, and clashes on the field, Warner is also genuinely loved by his fans across the world for his wit and absolutely funny avatar, entertaining his fans with his dancing videos along with his wife and daughters on social media.

Well on Saturday, Warner and the Barmy Army, a well-known group of England’s cricket supporters, engaged in a funny banter on Twitter, as the Aussie has wittily praised them over their denial to follow him on the popular photo and video-sharing app – Instagram.

Notably, the Barmy Army has often been seen trying to troll Warner many times and take a sly dig at the veteran cricketer and they had even released a series of vulgar chants aimed at the Australian cricketers, including him during the last Ashes, but on Saturday, a big surprise unfolded for the fans on Twitter.

Well, for a surprise to many, the Barmy Army didn’t disrespect Warner this time but tried to pull the leg of the Australian cricketer by sharing a screenshot of Instagram where there was a suggestion of following the opener and they funnily denied by saying “Lol no thanks” with a zany face emoticons.
