Team India under Virat Kohli has been ruthless in all three formats both at home as well as in away conditions. The 32-years-old is one of the finest leaders going around and he along with his men has been one of the dominant sides in world cricket.

Under his captaincy current Team India is one of the fittest in the world and the fearless attitude of the players has helped the team reach new heights in world cricket.

The side defeated Australia in their backyard, twice on the trot, and then crushed England in all three formats in the home series and for the fifth straight year, they have ended the year at the top of the ICC Test rankings.

In an interaction with the Analyst show on YouTube, former Indian skipper Sunil Gavaskar lauded Virat Kohli-led Team India and said that it’s the most balance Indian side ever with champion batsmen, fabulous bowlers, and young wicketkeeper who will dominate world cricket for a longer time.

WTC 2021 Final: ‘Winning Test championship would be a big feather in Virat Kohli’s cap’, says Parthiv Patel

"Comparisons are always a little bit difficult but I think this is probably the finest Indian team that we have seen. It's such a well-balanced team. It's got champion batsmen, it's got champion fast bowlers, fabulous spinners.

“They've got a very good wicketkeeper. A young wicketkeeper who is going to dominate world cricket for a long, long time," Sunil Gavaskar said on the Analyst Show on YouTube.

Sunil Gavaskar further said that from 1960 onwards this is the best Indian side and it has no weakness at all.

"I believe that from what I have seen, from 1960 onwards, this has got to be the best Indian team ever. For the simple reason that it's so balanced. There is no weakness at all. You could say at the top, or here and there, but I don't think there is any weakness in this Indian team," he said.

Team India will next be seen in action when they take New Zealand in the final of ICC World Test Championship and then later England in a five-Test series.
