Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) ex-captain and Australia cricketer David Warner and commentator Michael Slater have denied the reports of their brawl in Male, the capital of Maldives.
A group of 39 Australians, including cricketers and staff members who took part in IPL 2021, are in the Maldives to board their flight back home once the travel ban in Australia is lifted.
According to the ‘Daily Telegraph’, Warner and Slater got into a late-night physical altercation after a heated argument at the Taj Coral Resort where they are in quarantine.

“There is absolutely nothing to the rumor mill Buzz. Davie and I are great mates and absolutely zero chance of (having) a fight,” Slater was quoted saying by foxsports.com.au.
Warner also confirmed that these are all rumors without any evidence. “There has been no drama. I don’t know where you get these things from. Unless you were here and have got concrete evidence you can’t write anything," he said.
Recently, Slater was in news for slamming Australia's Prime Minister Scott Morrison for not letting the Australians in India fly back to their home. He even challenged him for a debate in a tweet posted on May 5.
