Australia’s white-ball skipper Aaron Finch endured a horrific time with the bat during the recently concluded Big Bash League (BBL) 10.
Playing for Melbourne Renegades, Finch amassed 179 runs at an average of 13.76 in 13 innings as his team finished the league stage at the bottom with 10 defeats from 14 games.

Despite the horror show, Finch feels confident about his game ahead of the five-match T20I series against New Zealand.
After landing in New Zealand, Finch revealed that did not touch a cricket bat for the 10 days he had off after Renegades’ BBL 10 campaign.
"I'm feeling a lot better about my game," he said from the hotel quarantine in Christchurch on February 8, as quoted by cricket.com.au.
"The one thing when you're out of nick or you're not getting any runs, you're not quite sure where to turn.
"Putting the bat down for a while, looking at some footage and assessing where you think your game is at, and being realistic about it, was as much as I needed to do.
"I know that I can still play."
The Australian cricket team arrived in New Zealand on February 7 and they will now have to serve 14 days in quarantine.
According to cricket.com.au, the visitors will be in hard lockdown for the first three days while they will be able to use the gym facility on day four. From day five, the squad can train together in isolation for up to four hours.
The first T20 is slated to be held in Christchurch on February 22.
Finch is now looking forward to Australia's training sessions to fine-tune his skills.
"It's just about making sure that when I turn up for these isolation training sessions that I'm working on specific things and not just training for the sake of it," he said.
"I feel pretty good to be honest. It might sound pretty stupid not coming off the back of many runs.
"It's international cricket and I'm ready to go."
