Rohan Mustafa, a member of Team Abu Dhabi, has apologized for his on-field conduct during a match against Northern Warriors in the ongoing Abu Dhabi T10 league on Monday.
The UAE international cricketer, while fielding on the boundary was caught by cameras switching his jersey mid-match and in the process couldn’t stop a shot from the batsman from touching the boundary ropes.

However, Mustafa has apologized for his actions and explained that he mistakenly removed his shirt, while taking off his jumper.

"I apologize to my teammates and to all involved in the Abu Dhabi T10 for my conduct during this game. I was preparing myself to bowl, and whilst attempting to remove my jumper in preparation for my over, I mistakenly removed my playing shirt also," Mustafa said in a statement.
"I acknowledge this was a poor time to rearrange any item of clothing and not in keeping with the high standards of the tournament organization. I have apologized to both team management and the organizers," he added.
Mustafa escaped any fines or suspension for his misdeed and is eligible to play the remaining matches of the tournament.
