International Cricket Council (ICC) apologized to Ben Stokes after the England all-rounder jokingly posed with an unimpressed face on receiving the caps of ICC men's ODI and Test teams of the Decade.
The cap for the Test team of the Decade was looking very similar to Australia's Test cap, the Baggy Green which made the England cricketer disinterested. Stokes left his fans in splits on Instagram with the caption and hilarious expression in the picture.
Stokes said he's proud to receive the caps but one of them doesn't seem right.
"Very proud of both these cap’s, one of them just doesn’t seem right, it’s a bit BAGGY and GREEN ???? thanks @icc," he wrote on Instagram.
ICC responded to his post with a 'Sorry' on Twitter. They shared a screengrab of his post and wrote, "Sorry @BenStokes38!" and added a laughing emoji. Fans loved to see how ICC played along with Stokes.
