Former India captain and current President of the Hyderabad Cricket Association, Mohammad Azharuddin met with an accident in the Soorwal region of Rajasthan, on December 30, 2020.
As per his personal assistant, Azharuddin escaped unhurt, though his car was totaled. Azharuddin’s car took a nasty blow during the accident which occurred near the Soorwal police station on Kota mega highway. A person traveling with Azharuddin suffered a minor injury but the former cricketer has escaped unhurt.
Azharuddin was traveling to Ranthambore along with his family on Wednesday when his car met with an accident. Azharuddin was shifted to another car and he, along with his family, reached a hotel soon after.
Azharuddin was in Ahmedabad last week as he attended the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Annual General Meeting in the capacity of Hyderabad Cricket Association President.
