Australia cricketer Glenn Maxwell felt like a proud teacher when he saw Afghanistan's Mujeeb Ur Rahman playing the reverse-sweep shot with perfection. Mujeeb took on his national teammate Rashid Khan in a Big Bash League (BBL 10) match.

Surprising Rashid with a reverse-sweep during the clash between Brisbane Heat and Adelaide Strikers, Mujeeb looked effortless while playing the shot. It didn't feel like the shot was played by a number ten batsman.

After seeing the way Rahman pulled off the unorthodox shot, Maxwell posted a tweet. Mujeeb shares the dressing room with him for Kings XI Punjab in IPL.

Maxwell joked that he didn't have a great IPL 2020, but the Aussie still made sure to teach his teammate the reverse sweep which came in handy for him.

"I didn’t do much this last IPL, but I’m pretty sure I taught Mujeeb how to play that reverse sweep.", the Melbourne Stars captain Maxwell posted with a hashtag '#yourewelcomeheat'.

Mujeeb's innings came to an end after scoring 18 off 10 deliveries. His team Brisbane lost the match by 2 runs in a last-over close contest.
