Former India cricketer Suresh Raina made a guest appearance in the famous show 'The Kapil Sharma Show'. Along with the cricketer, his wife Priyanka Raina was also present.

Raina was asked a funny question by Archana Puran Singh in the show. She asked him to name a player who easily gets distracted by the cheerleaders.

Like the other celebrity guest, Raina found this to be a tricky question. But it seems like after facing media so much in his career he has learned how to dodge questions, unlike bouncers.

Raina responded to the question and said, “They are for the viewers. We can’t see them as we have to focus on the match. We get to see them on TV when they dance to our sixes and fours. We get to see a bit of their performance when we go for a toss. They too arrive at 7.30 pm.”

Kapil asked Priyanka if wives feel like leaving the match and go for shopping when their husbands get out on a duck in the match? She replied that they stay there to support the team. 

“No, we have to support the team,” Priyanka said. Raina tried to tease her by saying that the thought of shopping does come into her mind but she isn't revealing it.

Raina, who was part of the Chennai Super Kings squad in IPL 2020, couldn't participate in the tournament for personal reasons. He pulled out of the league before it started and returned to India from UAE.
