Indian batsman Mayank Agarwal came up with a funny one-liner on the occasion of Karwa Chauth, a festival in which women keep fast for their husband's long life.

Mayank shared a picture with his better half after celebrating the festival and wrote a positive message for his followers. "Love, laughter & good luck to everyone celebrating. May this #KarwaChauth be super special for you & your partner ????❤️," he wrote.

But the fun part was in a postscript in his tweet which read, "P.S: Congratulations to all the husbands for renewal of their life insurance ????????".

Mayank will be soon seen in action against Australia as he is included in the team for all three formats. India will play their first T20 match on the Australia tour on November 27.

The 29-year-old had a good IPL 2020 with the bat. He played 11 matches and missed out on three games because of injury. But Mayank remained among the top run-scorers with 424 runs at a strike-rate of 156.45.
