Australia batsman Steve Smith feels India's captain Virat Kohli is currently the best ODI batsman in the world. He was asked about it during a chat session with fans on Instagram.

Taking questions from fans, Smith also described AB de Villiers, Sanju Samson, and KL Rahul in one word. De Villiers is one of the toughest batsmen to bowl at and Smith called him a freak.

While the Aussie star cricketer described his Rajasthan Royals teammate Samson as talented in one word, he called the newly appointed Kings XI Punjab captain KL Rahul, a gun player.

Further in the chat, Smith also named his all-time favorite fielders. There was no surprise he named two of the finest fielders in world cricket, Jonty Rhodes and Ricky Ponting.

Smith and England's explosive batsman Jos Buttler will be reuniting in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020, and the Aussie wants Buttler to not score against Australia in the upcoming three-match ODI series.

After playing the limited-overs series against England, Smith will travel to UAE for the IPL 2020.
