Malan and Buttler added 80 plus runs for the second wicket | GettyEngland’s chase started off poorly as well with Bairstow hitting his own stumps on delivery from Starc for 9. But then Jos Buttler (77* in 54; 8x4s, 2x6s) and Dawid Malan (42; 7x4s) added 87 runs for the second wicket. Though Australia claimed two more wickets of Morgan and Banton, Ali stroked 13* in 6 balls and took England to a much deserved 6-wicket win with 7 balls to spare.

Ashton Agar picked 2/27 in his 4 overs.
