"You are a fighter," Yuvraj Singh sends prayers to Sanjay Dutt who has been diagnosed with lung cancer

Yuvraj wished for Dutt's speedy recovery.

Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt has been detected with stage three lung cancer. He had to go to the Lilavati hospital after a complaint of breathlessness on Saturday and was discharged on Monday.

As per reports, Sanjay's oxygen level was fluctuating between 90-92% when he was admitted. He was tested negative for COVID-19 but soon the actor tweeted he is going to take a break from work for some medical treatment.

Former India cricketer Yuvraj Singh tweeted a message for the 61-year-old actor. Yuvraj, who was treated for a rare form of cancer called mediastinal seminoma, gave Dutt strength in this tough time.

He wrote, "You are, have, and always will be a fighter @duttsanjay." Being a cancer survivor himself, Yuvraj knows the struggle against this deadly disease.

"I know the pain it causes but I also know you are strong and will see this tough phase through. My prayers and best wishes for your speedy recovery.", he added.

Sanjay Dutt will soon be flying to the US for treatment.
