Australian batsman Usman Khawaja and his wife Rachel announced the birth of their first child, a baby girl on Friday, July 24, 2020.

Khawaja, formally from western Sydney, moved to Queensland where he captains the state team - and where he met his young wife. The couple had announced the pregnancy in February this year with a Khawaja sharing the photo of the ultrasound image of the baby with hashtags 'white chocolate' and 'chocolate thunder'.
However the announcement of the arrival of the baby was made on Instagram, with photo of the girl, whom Khawaja has named Aisha. “Alhamdulillah, so grateful to be blessed with our first child Aisha. Like her dad she hates the cold!,” Khawaja posted on Instagram with his wife.
