Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma shared her morning ritual which helps her to maintain dental hygiene. To accompany Anushka, she has her 'sweet-smoosh-doggo'.
Anushka posted pictures with her pet dog as they both can be seen playing together in the post. Her husband and India captain Virat Kohli reacted to the post with a heart emoji.

In her post, the actress explained how the ritual works. "My morning ritual of Oil pulling in the company of my sweet-smoosh-doggo Dude.
"Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice known as "kavala" or "gundusha", a dental technique that involves swishing little oil in your mouth on an empty stomach for few minutes and then spitting it out," Anushka explained in her post.
"This action is excellent for dental hygiene & health and also draws out toxins in the body," she further added.
