Amid the ongoing sporting shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the well-known cricket commentator went through her photo album and shared a memory from 2005 when she bowled to legendary Tendulkar in the nets while revealing the Master Blaster also batted left-handed for a while.

She further mentioned in her post that Tendulkar might not remember the time when she bowled to him for over an hour when he was recovering from an elbow injury.

Sharing a picture of her bowling to Tendulkar on Twitter, Guha wrote: “One of the finds from lockdown! He won't remember but in 2005, recovering from an elbow injury, the Little Master asked for some net bowlers & I was one of the lucky few. We bowled for an hr - Sachin batted left-handed too & was just as good.”

Meanwhile, Tendulkar was quick to notice the post, as the legendary batsman replied to Guha’s post by saying he could recall the time when he faced quality bowling in the nets.

He replied to the former Women pacer on Twitter: “Vividly remember this Isa! I was looking for some practice and I got to face some good quality bowling courtesy you.”

Isa expressed her delight upon the response from Sachin, as she quoted his tweet and wrote, "Um life made!! Although you are too kind, Sachin. What a dream. #bestnetever I hope you are all well and safe in India."

Noteworthy, the memory was from the time when Tendulkar was recovering from a tennis elbow injury sustained in 2004 – which ruled him out of action for over 2 months and resurfaced when the batting maestro returned for Australia Test series later in the year and eventually, he had to undergo surgery in London.

Following the surgery, Tendulkar made a stunning comeback against Sri Lanka.
