Pakistan great Inzamam-ul-Haq is expecting more from Babar Azam and he feels there is a lot of potential in the Pakistan captain than he has shown so far.
The former Pakistan cricketer also went on to compare the India captain Virat Kohli with Azam. He kept the initial days of both the cricketers the parameter to draw a comparison.
"In just a few years he has achieved a lot and I know he can do even better than what he has done so far," Inzamam told Geo Super.

He added that Babar is still new, while Virat has already represented his country for a decade. "Kohli has been playing for 10 years while Babar's been here for three, four years but if you compare the initial days of Babar and Kohli, you'll see Babar is ahead."
Babar has played 26 Tests and 74 ODIs for Pakistan till now. He averages 50+ in ODIs and 45.12 in Tests.
Although Inzamam has rated Azam over Kohli, the fact is that India's ace batsman managed to maintain his average 50 in all three formats for a long time shows his consistency which keeps him above everyone else.
