Australia’s batting star Marnus Labuschagne, one of the five Wisden Cricketers' of the Year, is celebrating his 26th birthday on Monday (June 22) and wishes have been pouring in from all quarters for the 2019 ICC Men's Emerging Cricketer on social media.
Steve Smith also took to Instagram to extended warm birthday greetings to his Australia teammate Labuschagne, who has been the most prolific run-scorer in the Test cricket since making his debut in October 2018 in the longest format of the game.
On Monday, Smith shared a photo of him with Labuschagne to wish the latter on his special day. In the picture, the two Aussie star cricketers can be seen enjoying a coffee.

In the post, the world’s No. 1 Test batsman, who is a self-proclaimed latte artist, also revealed who among the two is better at the coffee art.

Noteworthy, the right-hander has never looked back since making debut last year and racked up a total of 1,459 runs in 14 Tests that he played for Australia so far at a staggering average of 63.43 and grabbed a career-best third place in the ICC Test Rankings for batsmen.
He became the first concussion substitute in the history of the Test cricket when he replaced Smith in the Ashes Test last year at Lord's. Marnus has also notched up 305 runs in seven One-Day Internationals (ODIs) that he has played so far for Australia.
