From hilarious responses to taking subtle digs, Neesham is a class in the world of social media and now the all-rounder has yet again grabbed the headlines with his witty response after a fan tried his luck to troll the star cricketer on Twitter on Monday (June 8).

As New Zealand managed to successfully eliminate the COVID-19 from the country, Neesham took to Twitter to congratulate all his fellow citizens after the South Pacific nation becomes Coronavirus free with the last known infected person had recovered on Monday.
As of Monday, New Zealand had no active COVID-19 cases and even hadn’t recorded new Coronavirus cases for 17 days and the all-rounder was delighted with the news as the cricket fans again will be able to fill stadiums in the country as all the domestic restrictions will be lifted on Tuesday (June 9).
New Zealand's Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has reportedly announced that the country will now move to alert level 1 which means the coronavirus measures, barring border closure restrictions, will be lifted from Tuesday, and public events can take place “without limitation,” including sports events.
Elated with the country’s massive achievement, Neesham congratulated his 5 million fellow citizens and attributed their success to three things – planning, determination, and teamwork.
He wrote on Twitter, “Coronavirus free NZ! Congratulations everyone. Once again, those great kiwi attributes: planning, determination and teamwork do the job.”
Meanwhile, there were many congratulatory notes for Neesham, but one of his Indian fans has tried to troll him while giving him inane information on demography.
A Twitter user replied to Neesham: “You have a population of 4 million. Mumbai has more population than NZ.”
