India skipper Virat Kohli posted a throwback picture with New Zealand captain Kane Williamson. On the last tour of New Zealand, the friendship between Kohli and Kane got better.
The two were seen having a chat near the boundary line during the T20I series which grabbed a lot of eyes. Kohli said he and Kane were talking about life and not cricket.
Sharing the picture on Twitter, Kohli wrote, "Love our chats . Good man."
“Something that we have embraced as a team over the last three-four years and we have reached a stage where every team wants to beat us. New Zealand won’t be any different but the difference is that there won’t be any spite in it and that’s one reason why I can sit with Kane on the boundary line and have a conversation midgame about life and not cricket,” he had said.
