Virat Kohli reveals his favorite meals for his dream cheat day

Apart from being finest and stylist cricketer, Indian captain Virat Kohli is considered as one of the fittest athletes in the world of sports thanks to his IPL side RCB fitness trainer Shankar Basu.

It is well known to everyone that the dashing right-hander, who turned vegan in 2018, is a fitness mania and his incredible fitness is an inspiration for many as well as his teammates and even credit goes to Kohli to revolutionize Indian cricket by giving utmost priority to fitness that has been crucial behind the resurgence of the Indian team and players over the years.

Well, Kohli is now pure vegan and strictly follows fitness routine and diet that’s behind his success on the field, but has often reiterated that there still exists a foodie inside him.

Recently, Indian captain once again spoke about how much he would love to eat during an Instagram Live session with Indian football great Sunil Chhetri, saying he would end up eating the whole day if he was given a cheat day.

During the conversation, Chhetri asked the batsman: “If you are given a day to eat whatever you eat without any mental or physical stress, what would you eat.”

To which Kohli replied: “Because it is about eating, I will wake up early in the morning. There's a big foodie inside, I just don't let him wake up. So, I will take the Marie biscuits, will then take the cream off the milk, and would make a sandwich with 20 biscuits. And put in the fridge.”

He continued, “This will be the sweet dish for post breakfast. After this, I will go to eat 2 plates Chole bhature with pickle and then will have lassi from Sadar Bazar. Then I will eat the biscuits kept in the fridge. Then I will rest for some time. In Lunch, I will eat 2 plates full of Rajma Chawal. For evening snacks, I will have paneer patty with hot and sweet sauce not just some normal sauce. In the night, daal makhani, garlic naan, paneer khurchan, and then Gulab Jamun with ice cream.”

Kohli signed off by saying, “But I won't sleep after that, I will go for a walk and then would eat cassata ice cream and after that, I will have the mouth freshener.”
