Former New Zealand coach and IPL franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore Director of Cricket Mike Hesson has finally reunited with his family in Dunedin, as he shared a heartwarming photo of him along with his daughter arriving at home following an 8-week COVID-19 lockdown.
Hesson had arrived in India earlier this March for his stint as RCB Director of Cricket in the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 but he was stuck in the country due to the COVID-19 lockdown, as Indian government imposed lockdown and suspended all flights due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic.

However, the coach somehow managed to travel on a bus for over a day to reach Mumbai airport amid the COVID-19 lockdown. Later, he took a repatriation flight from Mumbai and flew back to New Zealand where he had to be in 14-day self-isolation upon arrival in his home country.
Well, passing all the difficulties, Hesson has finally reached his home and also shared a heartwarming picture with his daughter on his official Twitter handle, giving her a big hug.
