Former India batsman Sachin Tendulkar has a lot of memorable performances, but the one which fans keep in their heart is 'Desert Storm' against Australia in 1998.
Sachin had smashed 143 runs off 131 balls in a chase of 276 in 46 overs (D/L). But still, the knock wasn't enough for him to get praised by his brother Ajit Tendulkar, in fact, he got scolded for his on-field action by him.

During the chase, Sachin had got so much into the match that the emotions got better of him. He ended up shouting at his teammate, a young VVS Laxman.
“I remember that a couple of times by emotions came out and I ended up shouting at Laxman ‘Run two, it’s my call why aren’t you running?” Sachin said on Star Sports show Cricket Connected.
The duo had stitched up a partnership of 104 for the fifth wicket. Sachin's brother Ajit didn't like his behavior and gave him a mouthful on his return.
“I received a scolding from my brother as soon as I reached home. He told me ‘these sorts of things shouldn’t happen in the ground. He’s your teammate, he’s also playing for the team. It’s not your match alone; he’s also playing with you. I got a bit of hiding at home,” he added.
Laxman was unbeaten on 23 off 34 balls and India failed to win the match with 250/5 in 46 overs. But they advanced to the finals based on net run rate.
“In my mind, I always wanted to win that game and qualify for the finals as a victorious team because I knew it might play a mental role. There is a difference if you just qualify and when you qualify by beating them. So there the mind games start and obviously my first attempt was to win that game and if and when it was not possible then the second thought was always to qualify and try and beat then in the finals but that was the whole idea,” Sachin said.
