India's spinner Yuzvendra Chahal has shared his opinion on the latest debate in international cricket. ICC may ban the use of saliva to shine the ball because of COVID-19. It is a conventional method to ready the ball for swing. To make the contest between bat and ball fair, it was much needed.

Now, as the rules may get changed, Chahal, being a bowler, was asked to share his views on this matter. He spoke to Sports Tak and said the game will become easier for batsmen.

Chahal is famous for his humor and the cricketer didn't miss out on cracking a joke here as well. The leggie added a batsman should bring the ball back if he hits a six.

"It will have an impact on drift and swing on the ball. So, in the end, it will become easier for batsmen," Chahal told Sports Tak, as quoted by India Today.

"So another rule should be added then that if a batsman hits a six then he himself will have to bring back the ball," the spinner joked.

There is minimal possibility that the game will kick off in the next two months. Fans are currently deprived of any live cricket action, and most of them are watching the old matches being showed on sports channels.
