Suresh Raina, India’s 201 World Cup-winning batsman, was one of the first cricketers to contribute in the fight against Coronavirus in the country and has been staying at home honoring the lockdown that has been put by the government till May 3.

Talking to e-Agenda Aaj Tak, Raina revealed that he is taking milk with turmeric in it to boost immunity. He also said that he is cleaning toilets and washing vegetables better than he has ever washed his head. He also revealed that he is talking about the old days with his mother and grandmother.

This pandemic has hit the daily wages and working sector people the most like the domestic help, workers in construction, and other fields of life. The lockdown, which started on March 24 is expected to end on May 3, in most of the country.

Raina has, however, urged people to keep paying their domestic help in this time of need.

"We have a group in which we have been helping out house helps and paying them their salaries. So I request all the people to please pay their domestic workers who are not being able to work and earn at this time because that is very important for them," Suresh Raina said on Aaj Tak E-Agenda.

He further said, "When I saw migrant workers walking so many kilometers, I thought that in life we should always try to help each other out. The power of humanity is above all. Our country has been united with this pandemic and I feel so proud to be an Indian that we are all so united in this time."
