Speaking on the Sky Sports podcast, Swann recalled the time when he bowled to Dravid during the county games and how the latter made him feel like a school kid.

Notably, Dravid played for Kent in 2000 under John Wright's coaching and had a good season with the county side.

"Rahul Dravid was a big one for me. I bowled against him in Kent, and he was unbelievable. I have never seen a better player in my life. He would never get out in a county game, and that's Rahul Dravid, one of the best in the world, and he made me feel like an 11-year-old spinner," Swann said.

The off-spinner also recounted his debut Test in 2008 at Chennai where he trapped Dravid in front of the wickets on his very first ball to him in red-ball cricket.

"I got him out, admittedly it was a great ball, but it would not have got Rahul Dravid out usually," Swann asserted.

Fondly known as the ‘The Wall’ because of his sound technique, Dravid is widely regarded as one of the greatest batsmen to have played for India.

During his 16-year long and illustrious career, he amassed 13288 Test runs at an average of 52.31 with 36 tons and 63 half-centuries. He also holds the unique record of facing the maximum number of deliveries (31258) in Test history.

Furthermore, the former India captain proved his mettle in white-ball cricket, scoring 10889 ODI runs in 344 matches at an average of 3916 with 12 centuries and 83 fifties.
