KL Rahul has turned out to be one of the finest batsmen for India in recent times. He is in red hot form since last year’s World Cup 2019 which he carried in the recent New Zealand series as well.

But as all the cricketing activities are suspended until further notice due to the Coronavirus outbreak, all the cricketers are enjoying this time off with their families.

The 27-year-old Bangalore-lad remembered the time of his Test debut for India in Tests at the iconic MCG (Melbourne Cricket Ground) back in 2014. He also a century, his first in Tests in the fourth and final encounter in Sydney, as an opener.

A day I’ll never forget. A day I worked endlessly for. A day that is still fresh in my memory. A day that still makes me emotional. An opportunity I’ll never take for granted. Miss being out on the ground and doing what I love the most #throwback #gratitudepost 284,” Rahul wrote on Twitter.

Have a look at KL Rahul’s Tweet:

The right-hand batsman has represented India in 36 Tests with more than 2000 runs to his name at a decent average of 34.59. But when it comes to white-ball cricket Rahul’s stats get even better as he has 1239 runs in 32 ODIs and 1461 runs in 41 T20Is at superb averages of 47.65 and 45.66 respectively.
