Sourav Ganguly in awe of Ratan Tata's personality; lauds his words amid COVID 19 pandemic

Ratan Tata shared a post on social media appealing people to stay united.

Former India captain and current BCCI's president Sourav Ganguly is awe-struck by the personality of Indian industrialist Ratan Tata. Tata had shared a post in the spirit of solidarity on Twitter.

In the post, he wrote, "This is the worst crisis we have faced, and we must fight this with a spirit of solidarity, resolve, empathy and understanding. We must unite to win the battle against COVID-19."

Ganguly read the post and he liked his thoughts. He wished for his long life in his reply which read, "I am in awe of this person @RNTata2000, may you live 100 years sir".

Ratan Tata had recently announced a massive Rs 500 crore donation. The 82-year-old businessman had shared the note from his charitable organization on Twitter.

He captioned the post, "Tata Trusts and Tata group companies have in the past risen to the needs of the nation. At this moment, the need of the hour is greater than any other time."
