Ben Stokes shares his self-isolation routine during the global COVID-19 lockdown

A fierce Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has caused havoc all over the world, leaving the only the option for the human being to be on self-quarantine and self-isolation to save themselves and people around them with no vaccine available to kill this deadly virus, which has created a big health crisis of this century.

With the Coronavirus spreading all over the world at a rapid rate, the outbreak forced dozens of employees to work from home, shut down all schools, education centers, and lockdown many countries besides almost every sporting event globally including cricket has been postponed indefinitely.

Well, the intensive testing and monitoring of infections couldn’t help much the healthcare system and eventually, asked all to stay at home and maintain public distance to help them to curb the spread of the COVID-19 – which has now claimed over 13000 lives and infected 3 Lakh peoples globally.

In this crisis, the entire world decided to stay indoors to fight the deadly COVID-19 pandemic with the number of sportspersons and well-known celebrities sharing their self-isolating things on social media.

And now England all-rounder Ben Stokes has joined others on social media, as the 2019 World Cup-winning hero shared his self-isolation routine on Instagram.

However, Stokes’ line of activities that he has been doing throughout the day during this COVOD_19 lockdown would certainly help other parents to prepare their own roadmap to overcome their home challenges being at home in this testing time.
