Pakistan all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez has expressed his displeasure over Sharjeel Khan’s potential return to the national side after completing a two and a half year ban for spot-fixing.

Sharjeel, who recently featured in the Pakistan Super League for Karachi Kings, might play the T20 World Cup in Australia later this year.
Taking to Twitter, Hafeez wrote: "Shouldn't we set standards of dignity and pride higher than any other 'Extra Talent' to represent Pakistan. Just Asking."
It is not the first time that Hafeez has raised his voice over the comeback of tainted cricketer in the national set-up. Back in 2016, he had resisted the return of Mohammad Aamir to the Pakistan camp when PCB recalled the left-arm pacer after he served his five-year ban for spot-fixing.
Sharjeel completed his ban last August and made a comeback to cricket with his appearance in PSL, where his form was under the scanner.
The southpaw was banned for five years, with half of the ban suspended in late 2017, for his involvement in agreeing to spot fix a PSL game earlier that year. Sharjeel along with Khalid Latif were sent back home from Dubai from the 2017 edition.
