India cricket great Sachin Tendulkar is utilizing his reach to spread awareness on social media. Tendulkar appealed to his followers to wash hands for 20 seconds with handwash. It's important to keep the hands clean to avoid the deadly virus.
Sachin took to Twitter and showed fans how it is done. The ex-cricketer has joined WHO's #SafeHandsChallenge to keep fans aware of the hygiene.

"We all are concerned because of COVID-19. We can take an easy step to stop this virus from spreading, and that is by keeping our hands clean. Washing hands for 20 seconds is mandatory. Always keep wash your hands properly," Sachin said in the video.
Apart from Sachin, Indian athlete Hima Das, and PV Sindhu also took the challenge. Hima has urged MC Mary Kom, Sania Mirza and Rani Rampal to take it forward.
There are around 126 confirmed cases reported in India. Three people have lost their lives because of coronavirus and people are taking every step to keep a distance from the virus.
